GRAPE ESCAPES CORPORATE HOSPITALITY EXAMPLE

Corporate Hospitality Example

If you want to entertain potential high value customers, why not treat them to a hospitality event with a difference?

Bordeaux

For many people, the very name Bordeaux conjures up images of grand chateaux and equally grand wines. Your guests will be able to taste these wines and visit these chateaux on a luxury two day trip.

Day 1

  • Your party will fly to Bordeaux airport where they will be met by a Grape Escapes tour director.
  • Guests will travel up the Medoc, along the route de Grands Crus, past some of the most famous wine chateaux in the world such as Margaux, Beychevelle, Leoville Barton, Langua Barton and Latour.
  • The lunch stop in the village of Margaux or St Julien will provide the first opportunity to taste some wines with the meal.
  • Guests will then be taken to the world famous premier cru classé Château of Mouton Rothschild where they will have a tour and a sneak preview of the latest vintages of the estate. Guests will taste the Mouton Rothschild, Château d'Armailhac and Château Clerc Milon direct from the barrel where they are maturing prior to bottling. The visit will conclude with a tasting of a more mature vintage of Mouton Rothschild.
  • You will be taken to a top 4* spa hotel where your guests will have time to freshen up and enjoy the hotels facilities.
  • Your luxury coach will then take you to one of the region's prestigious deuxieme cru classé chateaux for your gala evening. The evening commences with an opportunity for a brief presentation accompanied by the necessary aperitifs. Once the work is out of the way, the gourmet dinner will be served along with wines from the chateau. An after dinner speaker can also be arranged if required.
  • At the conclusion of the evening, you are transported back to the hotel.

Day 2

  • Breakfast will be at the hotel, after which you will travel to the Graves region of Bordeaux (named after its gravely soil) where the day will start with a visit to one of the most widely respected Chateaux for a private tour. Of course, the visit would not be complete without tasting the fruits of their labour.
  • Lunch will be served in one of the top restaurants in the area and will be accompanied by a selection of wines from across the region.
  • After lunch, guests will be transported back to the airport for their return flights.
