Corporate Hospitality Example

If you are tasked with entertaining a select group of very important guests and clients who have seen it all before, then we would like to propose this very special trip to Champagne.

Day 1

• Depart from a local airport on a private executive jet (booked via our specialist broker) to Champagne. A luxury Champagne breakfast will be served during the flight. Upon arrival your group will be met by your personal Grape Escapes host who will be responsible for the smooth running of your event. Your host will be from a foremost Champagne making family ensuring that their knowledge and experience of the Champagne industry is second to none.
• You will then be taken by luxury minicoach to a top brasserie in the centre of Reims to savour a three course lunch with accompanying wines.
• Afterwards, you will visit the largest Champagne maker, Moet and Chandon, enjoying an exclusive Dom Perignon tour away from other visitors, concluding with a glass of Dom Perignon in one of the reception rooms in their mansion.
• Next, you will be taken to your hotel - Château Les Crayères. This majestic hotel, set in a seven acre landscaped park, was originally built as a private residence by the Pommery family at the end of the 19th Century and is located above the cellars of Pommery, Veuve Clicquot and Ruinart in the suburbs of Reims. Each of the princess suites are unique and sumptuously decorated with the finest fabrics and furniture. The elegant restaurant (boasting 2 Michelin stars) has been a long standing Mecca for lovers of gourmet food from across the world.
• After freshening up, your group is invited to dine privately as the guests of yet another prestigious Champagne House with a five or six course dinner, naturally served with their accompanying vintage Champagnes.

Day 2

• After breakfast, the day commences with a private city tour, seeing the 3 UNESCO classified world heritage sites in Reims including the gothic cathedral where 25 kings of France were crowned.
• Later that morning, you will travel to a small Champagne House in the vineyards outside Epernay, receiving a fabulous welcome from the owner along with sampling a range of their Champagnes during lunch, followed by a tour of their estate.
• The rest of the afternoon is free to relax or visit the elegant shops in Reims.
• The gala dinner on the second night is held in the internationally renowned dining room at Château Les Crayères. Guests will enjoy a carefully crafted banquet that combines the style of the hotel master chef, Didier Elena, with fine wines and Champagnes from the hotel's cellars.

Day 3

• After a late breakfast, there is the opportunity of a private tour of another prestigious Champagne House (typically Krug, Billecart-Salmon or Bollinger). This final viewing is only available to the privileged few and Grape Escapes.
• Enjoy a final lunch at a local brasserie before your private flight home.
