Conference Event Example

Add some sparkle to your annual conference by holding it in Champagne. You will get all the usual benefits from your conference and more besides.

Throughout the conference, there will be a Grape Escapes conference manager and assistant on hand to ensure that your conference goes smoothly. They will deal with any issues that arise so that you are free to concentrate on getting the best out of the time.

Day 1

Travel to Champagne, either by air, with a luxury coach transfer from Paris CDG to Reims or alternatively travel by Eurostar and take an onward TGV to Reims city centre.
Your delegates will be transferred from Paris or local stations and then taken to one of the best 3* hotels in Reims for welcome drinks. As your delegates may be arriving at different times, this will continue for as long as necessary.
Conference rooms will be available throughout the afternoon.
In the evening, there will be a buffet dinner in the hotel and then your delegates will be able to continue networking in the bar.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will have full use of the hotel's conference facilities including break out rooms.
Lunch is provided, along with break time refreshments.
In the evening, delegates will have time to freshen up before transfer to one of the most prestigious Champagne Houses.
Your group will have a private tour (broken down into smaller groups) before entering a private dining room or suitably bedecked cellar for the gala dinner.
You will be served exquisite food prepared by the chef, with Champagnes to enhance the flavours of the food. There is entertainment throughout the evening – we can offer a variety of entertainment from traditional “French” can-can dancers, accordion players and caricaturists through to string quartets or more contemporary entertainment.
After food, there will be a disco for your delegates to dance off some of the calories.
At the end of the evening, guests will be transported back to their hotel

Day 3

If one day doesn't provide enough work time, there is the option to add a final work session the following morning, alternatively, delegates can relax and enjoy the city.
The final lunch will be at a local brasserie situated in the main square where guests will enjoy a traditional French meal.
Your delegates will then be transported back to Paris or local stations as necessary.
